  1. evaluation on fish and chips the colour of the chips were bright orange with a brown colour around the edges,the fish was a light pink colour with brown bread crumbs all around It. the flavour of the chips were very spicy, but delicious.the fish was nice but I didn’t like the batter it had to much lemon juice and zest. I learned how to cut potatoes into chips and how to make fish fingers. I would put no lemon juice or zest in the fish batter the next time .

The color of the chips were smokey orange and black .The color of the fish was brown.Altogether it tasted really nice , the texture of the chips was soft and fluffy the texture of the fish was rubbery I dont know why !!what I will do differently next time is put less lemon juice in the bread crumbs for the fish, I will put no lemon juice in next time or just a little bit of it. For the next cooking class me and my partner need to improve on speed and time .

  3. evaluation: the fish was a light sand colour and the chips were a bright orange. The texture was very crunchy and chewy. the chips were really sweet. they were okay but personally not my favourite. The fish tasted like chicken in my opinion. I didn’t really like it. next time I wouldn’t put as much soy sauce or lemon juice as they were quite soggy.

  4. The appearance of the fish was a light sand and the chips were a orangey, brown colour. The texture was sweet for the fish. I didn’t taste the fish because I don’t like fish in general. The chips tasted sweet.

On Tuesday in our Homeeconomics class we cooked fish and chips.First we cooked the sweet potatoes they wore really really nice I really enjoyed theme.The flavour of the sweet potatoes was was a sweet chuncky taste and the texture of the sweet potatoes was chunncky,hard and wet from the light soya sauce.I would definitely prefer my own sweet potatoes because they are much fresher the next time I would put more soya sauce on theme.finally then we cooked the fish. The fish was so nice I really enjoyed it and I am not a fish lover. The flavour of the fish was a chewy taste and the texture of the fish was squshy. The next time I would put more breadcrumbs on and leave theme in for a bit longer. I would definitely prefer my own because they are homemade and the breadcrums are nicer. I really enjoyed working whit my partner and I can’t wait to cook the fish and chips again. The favourite bit of the day was tasting it and makin the cones.๐Ÿ˜ƒ๐Ÿ˜ƒ๐Ÿ ๐ŸŸ๐Ÿ ๐Ÿ
